What a busy and awesome Week 7!
A huge thanks to everyone in Room 7 for contributing to our amazing collaborative art piece for Matariki! We named it ‘Together,’ as it was created by all of us and beautifully embodies the spirit of Matariki, bringing us together in appreciation, sharing, love, and hope.
In a distant land where the Mother Matariki star rises up with her eight children, there shone a star named “Together.” This star, crafted with care and imagination, celebrates the gifts of the earth, dreams of tomorrow, and the memories of those we hold dear.
“Together,” shining brightly, serves as a beacon of hope, reminding us of the interconnectedness of life and the beauty of the world we share.
Our art piece, created by the loving hands of Room 7’s everyone, is not just a reflection of Matariki’s spirit but also a symbol of our unity and collective effort. Each point of our star holds a special meaning and represents a star from the Matariki cluster, celebrating everything from the gifts of the land and sea to our dreams and memories.
